We are the controller for the personal data we collect through this website.
What data do we process?
We only process data that you provide to us yourself. That means: when you request a quote via the form, send an email, or contact us by phone.
For a quote request we process:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address, if applicable (if you choose delivery)
- Product configuration (chosen model, colour, options, accessories)
- Comments you enter in the form
- IP address and time (for logging and fraud prevention)
For a general contact request:
- Name
- Email address
- The content of your message
Why do we process this data?
- Preparing and sending a quote — to answer your question and make a suitable quote (performance of a contract)
- Contacting you by phone or email — to go through the order with you
- Administration and invoicing — if the request leads to a purchase (legal obligation)
- Customer contact and service — to handle service and warranty requests (legitimate interest)
Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties unless this is strictly necessary to perform the agreement or we are legally required to do so. Specifically, we may share data with:
- Our hosting provider (TransIP) — which stores the website data
- Urban Arrow Nederland — for new bike orders, to deliver the bike to us
- Our accountant — for legally required bookkeeping (invoice details only)
- Delivery service — if you choose delivery, we pass your address on to the carrier
We never sell your data to third parties. We don't use it for marketing or profiling.
How long do we keep your data?

Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access. The website runs over HTTPS (encrypted connection), passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data is limited to our employees who need it for their work.
