Urban Arrow delivery

At Bikeshop Zeeland we deliver your new Urban Arrow cargo bike personally to your door — anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium. We drive fixed delivery routes and deliver once every two weeks. So you know exactly where you stand.

How does delivery work?

1. Get in touch — Call or email us for a no-obligation quote. We'll discuss the model, the configuration and the delivery options.
2. Planning — Once the quote is accepted, we schedule a delivery date together. Delivery takes place within 14 days of confirmation.
3. Delivery to your home — A Bikeshop Zeeland staff member brings the bike to your home personally. We adjust the bike to your wishes and go through everything together.
4. Sign the delivery document — On delivery we check the bike and the included accessories together. Then you sign the delivery document to confirm receipt.

Delivery area

We deliver throughout Zeeland, Goeree-Overflakkee, and beyond across the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live in Zeeland or on Goeree-Overflakkee? Then delivery to you is free. Outside this area we charge a small fee — we always discuss this in advance.

The delivery document

Every delivery comes with a delivery document. It lists the bike details, the included accessories and a signature confirming receipt. The signed document is proof of delivery and the starting point of your warranty period.
