- 1. Personal advice — by phone or in the shop, we'll discuss which model (Family Classic, Family Next, Breeze or Shorty) best suits your family.
- 2. We assemble your cargo bike — every Urban Arrow is made fully ready to ride and tested by our Bosch-certified mechanic.
- 3. Delivery by appointment — together we schedule a fixed date and deliver to your door, with an explanation and a short test ride.
- 4. Service & warranty — Urban Arrow manufacturer's warranty plus Bosch e-bike warranty, also after home delivery.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the model and the accessories you choose. We aim to deliver your Urban Arrow to your home within 14 days. For custom orders (a specific colour, battery option or accessories to order) it can take a little longer — after you order, we always keep you informed of the exact delivery time.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely free throughout Zeeland and on Goeree-Overflakkee. For the rest of the Netherlands and Belgium we put together a transparent quote for each order — we discuss it with you in advance, so there are never any surprises.
Can I take a test ride first?
Yes, we recommend it to everyone. You're welcome in our shop in Burgh-Haamstede to test every model thoroughly: Family Classic, Family Next, Pro, Latte, Breeze and Shorty are ready for you. Just make an appointment in advance and we'll have the right size, seat and battery ready.
Can I trade in my old cargo bike or bike?
Yes, trade-in is possible throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Send us a few photos and a short description of your current bike and we'll make a fair trade-in offer. Please note: trade-in is not possible on our sale prices; the offer price applies separately from any trade-in.
Which Urban Arrow model suits me best?
The Family Classic is the classic spacious family cargo bike, the Family Next is the modern, lighter model with a low step-through, the Breeze is agile and compact, and the Shorty is the short city version. We're happy to advise you in person.
Which colours and battery options are available?
Urban Arrow offers a wide range of colours (matt black, anthracite, navy, beige, olive, orange and more) and battery capacities from 500 Wh up to dual-battery setups (1000 Wh). We'll advise you on the combination that best suits your use and delivery distance.
Do I get service and warranty far from Zeeland too?
Yes. As an official Urban Arrow dealer and certified Bosch e-bike service point, we handle warranty claims nationwide. For servicing, you can go to an Urban Arrow dealer near you or have us collect the bike.
What if something breaks down along the way?
With every delivery you get our direct service line. For warranty issues we liaise with Urban Arrow and Bosch and make sure it's solved quickly — often with a pick-up and return service within Zeeland and neighbouring regions.
