All new bikes we sell are covered by the factory warranty. We handle warranty claims for you through our workshop — hassle-free.
Urban Arrow — 2-year factory warranty
On all new Urban Arrow cargo bikes you buy at Bikeshop, Urban Arrow Nederland gives a 2-year factory warranty on manufacturing and material defects of the frame and standard components.

The warranty period starts on the invoice date. With regular maintenance (by a certified dealer) the warranty remains fully valid.
Bosch eBike Systems — certified service point
We are a certified Bosch service point. We can handle warranty claims, motor diagnostics and battery replacements directly through Bosch — saving you shipping or waiting time.
A Bosch battery is under warranty for up to 2 years or 500 full charge cycles (whichever comes first). Unsure about your battery's capacity? For € 17,50 we'll run a diagnostic and you'll know exactly how many cycles it has left.
How to make a warranty claim

Bring the bike in
In our workshop we assess what's wrong. Sometimes it can be fixed right away, sometimes a part has to be ordered from the manufacturer.
We handle the claim
We submit the claim to Urban Arrow / Bosch / the manufacturer. If approved, we replace the part at no cost to you.
What is and isn't covered by warranty?

- Manufacturing defects in the frame and welds
- Defects in electronics (motor, battery, display)
- Material defects in standard components
- Premature wear due to a production defect
× Not covered by warranty
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, brakes, chain)
- Damage from a fall, accident or misuse
- Theft or vandalism
- Overdue maintenance
Bought from us = full dealer service
Bikeshop Zeeland is an official dealer of Urban Arrow and Cube. For both brands: if you buy it from us, we handle every warranty claim, motor update or battery replacement for you ourselves. No shipping, no middleman.
Not bought from us? We can still do service and maintenance on all brands — only warranty claims have to go through the dealer where the bike was bought.
