Is my Urban Arrow delivered for free in the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes. Bikeshop Zeeland delivers all new Urban Arrow models for free throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. We bring the cargo bike to your home in person, fully assembled and ready to ride, and explain everything on the spot.

How long does delivery take?

For all in-stock models (Family Classic, Breeze, FamilyNext Essential, FamilyNext Advanced and FamilyNext Pro 85Nm): usually delivered to your home within 14 days. The Pro Limited Latte special edition can be reserved to order, with the delivery time by arrangement.

Since when has Bikeshop Zeeland been an official Urban Arrow dealer?

Bikeshop Zeeland has been an official Urban Arrow dealer since 2010. We're based in Burgh-Haamstede on Schouwen-Duiveland and serve the whole of the Netherlands and Belgium with home delivery.

Do I get a warranty on my Urban Arrow?

Yes. All new Urban Arrow models come with Urban Arrow's own full factory warranty, plus additional warranty on the Bosch e-bike components. As an official dealer and certified Bosch service point, we handle warranty claims ourselves.

Can I take a test ride?

Yes, you're welcome to take a test ride at our shop in Burgh-Haamstede (Schouwen-Duiveland). Book an appointment via the site or give us a call, and we'll have the right configuration ready for you.

Which Urban Arrow models are there?

We carry the complete new Urban Arrow range: Family Classic (the original cargo bike), Breeze (sporty 65Nm), FamilyNext Essential (75Nm Bosch), FamilyNext Advanced (75Nm with dual battery option), FamilyNext Pro 85Nm (CX motor with Bosch ABS) and the Pro Limited Latte special edition.

Is an Urban Arrow suitable for 2 or 3 children?

Yes. The Family Classic and all FamilyNext models have an EPP cargo box with 3-point harnesses and seat up to 4 children, depending on age. The maximum load in the cargo box is 125 kg.

What's the difference between the FamilyNext Essential, Advanced and Pro 85Nm?

The Essential has the Bosch Performance 75Nm motor with a single battery. The Advanced has the same motor but a dual battery option for extra range. The Pro 85Nm uses the more powerful Bosch Performance CX (85Nm) and comes with Bosch ABS as standard — ideal for hilly terrain or heavier loads.

Does the Urban Arrow have Bosch ABS?

The FamilyNext Pro 85Nm has Bosch ABS as standard. On the FamilyNext Essential and Advanced, Bosch ABS is available as an option. The Family Classic and Breeze have hydraulic disc brakes without ABS.

How do maintenance and servicing work at Bikeshop Zeeland?

We're a certified Bosch e-bike service point. We can carry out maintenance, software updates and repairs entirely in our own workshop — also for cargo bikes that weren't bought from us.

How much does an Urban Arrow cost?

Prices vary by model and configuration. The Family Classic starts at around €4.999, the FamilyNext models start at around €5.500. Check the current prices on the individual model pages or call us for a tailored quote.

Can I return it?

Yes. All online orders are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns are free for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
