What does an official Urban Arrow dealer do?
As an official Urban Arrow dealer, we're authorised to sell all models with factory warranty, handle warranty claims, supply original parts and accessories, and carry out Bosch e-bike diagnostics. We're also a certified Bosch e-bike service point, which means we can inspect, update and repair your Urban Arrow — even after the warranty period.

We deliver throughout the Netherlands and Belgium — in person, with a team member who delivers the bike to your home, sets it up and explains everything. Bikeshop Zeeland sells new Urban Arrow cargo bikes. Our sister platform BikePlace sells premium used Urban Arrow cargo bikes from its own rental fleet, with known mileage and a 6-month warranty.
