How does cargo bike home delivery work?

Home delivery of a cargo bike works differently from a parcel. A cargo bike weighs 40–50 kg and needs to be adjusted to your riding height. We don't send a courier — we send a staff member. They unload the bike, adjust it, explain everything and check it all together with you. Only when everything is right do you sign the delivery document.

Where do we deliver cargo bikes?

We deliver cargo bikes to homes throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Free in Zeeland and Goeree-Overflakkee. For the rest of the Netherlands and Belgium we charge a delivery fee, which is always included in the quote in advance. From Groningen to Maastricht, from Amsterdam to Antwerp — we drive fixed routes across the whole country.

What does home delivery of a cargo bike cost?

Home delivery is free in Zeeland and Goeree-Overflakkee. Outside this area we charge a delivery fee depending on the distance. The costs are always included in the quote in advance — on average €75 to €175.

How long does cargo bike home delivery take?

Once the quote is accepted, we usually deliver within 14 days. In Zeeland often within 7 days. We schedule a fixed delivery date, which we confirm in advance by email or phone.
